Quentin Tarantino- Does violence overshadow narrative in his films?
Quentin Tarantino is one of the biggest and most successful directors in today's crowded film industry, yet he is often just associated with violence and controversy. With rich, complex narratives in many of the films he's directed, do these aspects often get overlooked by the violent and explicit aspects of his films, thus deterring audiences from watching them?

Couple of good ideas here Tarentino might be a bit of a challenge as most of it has been said. Maybe a more critical approach needed. Looking at a critique of violence and its place in narrative ?
